Project Requirements
If you are interested in joining this challenging program, you need to meet a few basic rules:

*	Minimum age of 18 years ("tame" children also welcome with a responsible adult!)
*	Besides working together with the elephant and Mahout, you are also expected to support with general activities like cooking and cleaning.
*	Minimum stay of 1 week
*	A normal level of fitness
*	You need to respect the Thai culture, be open-minded and have a social attitude towards the local people.

I had a wonderful time at the elephant mahout project, and that the experience was a really unique one that is not offered by any other company. From the initial enquiries I made over six months ago right up to the project itself everyone I have dealt with (including yourself!) have been nothing but helpful and friendly. I had a really great time at the Elephant project. The accommodation and food was of a very high standard. Mrs Noi and Aom did all they could to help me with any problem. They were excellent hosts. I got very involved with the elephants at the camp which I was pleased with.

I was very impressed with the information that I received before I went out to Thailand about the project and I thought it was very thorough. It was especially useful to find the place.

Overall I was very impressed with the organisation and running of the project and I thoroughly enjoyed myself and would recommend this to others.

We had a wonderful time and were both in tears leaving the elephants and mahouts behind. The accommodation was great, Mrs Noi and Sam were both extremely helpful. Food was wonderful, etc. etc. Rosie and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, so much so, I think it has spoilt us for future holidays!

The entire trip was fabulous and so well organized. Thank you. The Elephant Camp was an amazing experience and was full of so many interesting moments. Mrs. Noi and Mr Boonserm were wonderful people to meet and to get to know. We found ourselves missing them when we left. The experience of being at the Elephant Camp and spending each day with the Mahouts was life-changing for everyone. Our children know so much more about the planet because of time there. We are deeply thankful for this experience.

We did continue on to Cambodia to see the ruins, but I want you to know that the highlight of the trip, especially for the boys, was the elephants! Our time with those magnificent animals was very magical. The staff were all lovely and were willing to help in any way possible and very concern that we were enjoying ourselves. We appreciated all the side trips and the help figuring out transportation on local buses, etc. Our accommodations were luxurious compared to anything we've ever experienced. I can't imagine anyone ever finding anything to complain about. We felt safe and pampered there. Mrs. Noi, Ohm and Mr. Boonsum could not have been more hospitable. I'm glad we made the choice to go with your organization.

Everything went amazingly well, it really was such an experience and i'm so glad I got the chance to participate. It was really great getting to spend the time at Mrs Noi's home. It was lovely to be with people all the time and not be in a hotel room.

Mrs Noi and Aom were just fabulous. They are such lovely people and we couldn't be in safer hands, apart from Aom's car which we prayed started every morning on the elephant camp!!!

I really felt like everyone involved gave as much as they could and I loved that I felt so welcome into their lifestyle - even though there is a language barrier you find there are so many other ways to communicate.

Thank you so much for emailing us to find out about our time. It really couldn't have been much better. Us three girls have become such great friends because of this trip and with all your help setting us up.
